Manly Honda - Service Center

Long wait It was probably my mistake to wait as it was only supposed to be 1 1/2 hours. People that just dropped in came and went. I hadn't eaten so heard that there were snacks but I guess they aren't replenished after 11? Overall wasted day. More

Needed an "A12" service on Pilot (replace engine oil, rotate and check tires, replace air filters and inspect timing belt). They managed to sneak in 3 extras. I signed it, I just didn't see it, so that was my bad. An engine oil additive, some air system deodorizer, and some unknown Manly Advantage. I am still waiting to hear what the advantage is. The extra were at least $50 extra. Moral of the story, look carefully at a detailed breakdown of all the costs up front. Update: the dealer credited back the extras to my service account, so I am happy about that. In the end I will return for my next service, but I will keep a close eye on the charges, and make sure I understand each one. More

The Best Service I have ever had Manly has always done an excellent + job for me. Bill has always listened to my problems and come up with a cost effective solution. He never tries to oversell me on things that I didn't need. He makes sure my Honda is properly fixed and my problem has been solved. I used to believe that going to the dealer for service was over priced and unnecessary but Bill and the other service advisers have always been great to deal with. I have been going to Manly for at least 10 years and have always received outstanding service. Thank you, Bill and all of the other service advisers that have helped me. P. S. I come from Lake County so it is a 75 mile trip but well worth it. More
