What should have been a 2 hr service was nearly 5. I don’t know if it’s volume of cars that are being handled or lack of mechanics, but this was way to long in my opinion. I had a 1:30 appointment for my husband's car. I went to the dealer because I wanted an oil change and a brake inspection. Otherwise I tend to go to the carwash for an oil change and wash. They said they wouldn't inspect the brakes without a tire rotation. I almost walked out but wanted the multi point inspection. They said they would text me when they were done with the oil change. I didn't get a text and arrived 20 minutes before they closed at 5:30. She said they hadn't even started yet. They asked if I still wanted the complimentary car wash. I said to forget it. They said they would give me a voucher for a future wash. They didn't give me one. It was done by six and I had screaming kids in the car. Unless I need something special done I will avoid going there for an oil change. More

Never called to update me on the status of my car. I had to call to check both times. My car had been there since 9am and promised to be ready same day but was not and had no reason as too why it wasn I had to call to check both times. Upsetting that you take it to the dealership to get the “best” work done but you’re in the dark about everything. Better communication would be appreciated.
