The final invoice I received is confusing and wordy with advertising mixed in with service facts. On careful review of this paperwork I discovered that there may be a problem with my rear brakes - something I would expect the service advisor to point out at check out. I was charged $300.09 for work previously estimated at $129.95 although this was a routine service and there were no unanticipated parts required. Also, I believe my 3 hour wait was the result of over scheduling rather than the need for additional service tasks. In the absence of better coordination between the service bay and customer facing representatives I will not be patronizing Manly Honda again. More

Service Department needs some process improvements. Failed to have the required parts for recall work for appointment made over week in advance. I showed up and had to reschedule. Staff seemed to know this is an ongoing issue not an anomaly. Then on return visit, they removed child car seats and didn't put them back and never mentioned it. Also failed to sufficiently fill tires resulting in low pressure light 3 days after visit. They wasted about 3 hours of my time with all of these issues. I like the sales dept. but the service dept. needs work. More
Jose’ was absolutely fantastic throughout this whole process. That’s why whenever I have an issue with my car I don’t hesitate to call Manly. This time I bought some headlights from Auto Zone. One headlight was never installed it was just hanging. The other was partially installed. The technician took a video of the problem. My bill from Manly Including a brake inspection was $865.99. I took the bill and the video to the manager of Auto Zone. I included the receipt proving I had purchased the lights from them. She saw the video, I sent a copy to her phone. She contacted her district manager, 72 hours later they refunded me $865.99. Having the video was a game changer. That’s great that this is a practice of the service team. So, my thanks to the team as a whole. Yes, I would recommend to my family and friends that may be car shopping or need their Honda repaired don’t think about it just call or go to Manly.
