Waited 3 hours for an oil change and brake fluid change. When advised to change air filter, I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours! I have requested a car wash upon registration. My service advisor was rude and took forever to get me checked out. She let at least 3 people that came after me leave before I did and my car was sitting there finished.
