I visited a few area dealerships to test drive and purchase a new car. I have to say I was underwhelmed with the service at many we went to, either feeling like they did not take me as a serious purc purchase a new car. Maplecrest was different. The customer service from Brian McHugh, my Sales Consultant was great. He was easy to work with, friendly and professional. From Sales to Service everyone was equally friendly and professional. They were thorough in explaining everything and prompt at responding to any questions or concerns I had during the purchase and after acquiring my new car. I would (and have) highly recommend Maplecrest and Brian if you are looking for a new or used car. More

Charlie made the complete process of deciding what car, and all that goes into that, very easy. Today I picked up the car. Charlie was their promptly at 08:30. He came in early for me to fit my schedule. Went over the paperwork, and then he spent all the time I needed in the car. He answered all my question. After going over the car with Charlie, I had to go see Matthew Daspin. He is the finance person, and without him you do not drive away with your new car.
