This was my first internet buying experience and I cannot thank Charlie Samons and Maplecrest Ford enough! We had recently relocated from Texas and needed to trade our 2010 2WD Ford Expedition for a 4WD vehi thank Charlie Samons and Maplecrest Ford enough! We had recently relocated from Texas and needed to trade our 2010 2WD Ford Expedition for a 4WD vehicle. From the first conversation with Charlie on the phone, he was knowledgeable and responsive. Charlie took the time to listen to what our needs were for a 4WD car, our budget and timeline. Charlie was extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls. Charlie delivered and as a result we now are the proud owners of a 2011 Ford Explorer limited that has all the bells and whistles we wanted. Even after the sale, Charlie made time to talk with me and answer my questions, which is a breath of fresh air as usually after the papers are signed many salesmen are on to the next deal. Thank you again Charlie for your time and expertise in helping us find our new car. I would definitely refer folks to Charlie and Maplecrest and look forward to the opportunity for future business!! I took my 2011 Mustang GT in for regularly scheduled maintenance. The service manager was unable to help me with an issue that arose. I was later contacted by David Vorcheimer the General Manager who of maintenance. The service manager was unable to help me with an issue that arose. Went to Maplecrest Ford of Mendham for a new Mustang after being turned off from other cars at other dealerships. Mickey helped us right away and was extremely friendly throughout the whole process.
