This was my first visit just needed an oil change and a state inspection.l got there on time and said I would wait. After two and a half hours l checked back with the counter person he said only 25 minutes state inspection.l got there on time and said I would wait. After two and a half hours l checked back with the counter person he said only 25 minutes longer. After a hour l checked back with him again and asked for a service manager. She said the paperwork loss and the car is only now going to be worked on. I was hoping for a better experience More

Not like my past experiences. I took my car in for a simple oil change. Appt time 12:45. I was told it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours. Three hours later my car was done. Do I took my car in for a simple oil change. Appt time 12:45. I was told it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours. Three hours later my car was done. Don't know why. No one told me why. But we all know that It does not take three hours to do an oil change. Not happy, however, my past experiences with the service department have been satisfactory. More
