After reviewing your visit, we confirmed that when the appointment was made, the service requested—and scheduled—was a tire rotation only, not an oil change, which is why the oil service was not performed. Regarding the car wash, we’re always happy to provide one when requested at check-in, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding about that during your visit.
