Dear Chuba, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were dissatisfied, but your vehicle was completed within the appropriate timeframe for the approved repairs, and our records show you were updated throughout the process, including during GEICO’s supplement review. You were also advised that we close at 6 PM and to arrive by 5:45 PM for pickup. Unfortunately, you arrived after closing, when the office staff had already left, and directed your frustration toward our cleaning staff. The next morning, you returned and used profanity toward our office team. We understand repair delays can be frustrating, but disrespectful behavior toward our employees is not acceptable. At this point, we believe it would be best for you to seek collision repair services elsewhere moving forward.

You called me 5:00 pm to tell me car was ready for pickup. You never advised me to arrive at 5:45 pm. I arrived at 6:02 pm and was told by the cleaning person that (Vince) my assigned representative left for the day around 5:00 pm and the body shop was closed. Since your body shop does not have a policy for after hours pick up by customers… Then why call the customer when you’re leaving for the day to tell them to come pick up their vehicle.??? Next a member of your dealership management made a discount recommendation. The next morning I returned to your body shop and repeated the recommendation proffered by a member of your dealership’s management team only to receive outright lies and insulting remarks from your staff in response. It was an awful experience. I think we can agree that I will not use Marietta Toyota Bodyshop services again.

BJ, thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m very sorry that your experience with us left you feeling disappointed. That’s not the level of communication or trust we work hard to provide. After reviewing the situation with our Used Car Sales Manager, Lloyd, my understanding is that you and he had already agreed on a price that was actually lower than the updated online price you later saw. When the price changed on our website the next day, we weren’t able to apply an additional discount on top of the already agreed-upon price (as the price you had was still lower than the online price) and also include delivery of the truck to Louisiana, which understandably was frustrating for you. That said, we should have done a better job clearly explaining this upfront so there were no unmet expectations or “unfulfilled promises.” We appreciate you considering Marietta Toyota and would be open to speaking further if you’d like to revisit the conversation. Thanks for following up. Just to clarify, I never agreed to that other price and we were still in negotiations. He said “if I can do this, how quick can you get here?” Therefore I discussed the whole deal with my wife(hurdle #1) and scoured the internet for flights toATL(hurdle#2). All in an effort to follow up with him accordingly. I asked for something in writing to work with and previous unapproved quote was resent, not the price less ≈1k cheaper. When I inquired to find out motives, I was told this was a good deal and I should jump on it…. Only issue is that I was the old deal not the one we were working. Anyway., not trying to beat yall up, just expected better and was lead to believe it was coming… when I only received nothing. A week’s worth of discussions wasted. Therefore let down.
