I went into the Marin Acura dealership hoping to find an upgrade to my Nissan at a reasonable price. The sales team at Acura did not fail to deliver. The employees I worked with were friendly, courteous, and straightforward in their approach, and all worked their hardest to ensure that the end result met my stated goals. Kudos in particular to the General Sales Manager, Mike Gafford, for finding the right Acura for me and following the process throughout to make sure all the details fell into place, to J.P., the finance manager, for his number-crunching magic, and to Greg, the salesperson, whose pleasant, low-key demeanor rounded out the experience. The end result was I got the car I wanted at a price that was within my range. Five stars. More
Greg Edwards was a great sales consultant. I visited 4 times before I purchased. He was patient, knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I test drove the TL and the MDX probably three times times before I purchased. He was patient, knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I have always had nothing but exceptional service from the Marin Acura service department and it's sales representatives. They listen to concerns I may have and answer all of my questions if they don't k the Marin Acura service department and it's sales representatives. They always take the time to tell me what type of work was needed what the findings were once my car service is done, they take their time, I never feel rushed. I am always confident in the service they provide. I am very comfortable with my choice for a dealership. I purchased my Acura from them and I will purchase the next car from them when I am ready. These guys were sooo friendly and open about the terms of the deal. And the car price was great. Followup after the sale was terrific. The service dept. is really great too. We recently had a window replaced while on vacation and this dealership recommended that we get in touch with the former glass person that handled our car. To our amazement, the glass company came out and fix our situation ---the dealership has always given their honest input. They always give us service with a smile and never have I had any problems with anyone at this dealership. I would recommend this place to anyone! More
Although I have had some pretty bad dealership experiences in the past, this dealership was the worst. To start off, I wanted to buy an Acura 2003 CL Type S. When I came to the dealership teh fi experiences in the past, this dealership was the worst. To start off, I wanted to buy an Acura 2003 CL Type S. When I came to the dealership teh first time, nobody greeted me until about 25 minutes into wandering. When I told them I wanted to buy the car, they all of a sudden became my best buddies. Worst of all, they tried to pressure us into a deal. Luckily for them, I needed a car and was willing to tolerate some level of impoliteness.<br><br>After agreeing on certain optional parts and accessories, I left the car to them so they could add these parts. To my dismay, they did not install the parts that were agreed upon and only some of these parts, despite being stated clearly in the lease agreement. After some arguing and a complaint placed with Acura North America, they finally relented.<br><br>A year later, i chose to trade in my car for an S2000 they had on the lot. After clearly stating that they discount the car 2-3k for damage it had recieved during transport, they agreed and quoted me their lease price. After going to the dealership and almost completely agreeing on the car, my wife noticed something very odd. In fact, when we requested they print out the details of the transaction, they raised teh price by 2-3k!!! I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone mainly for their dishonesty and impoliteness.
