My RDX developed a few issues with the moon roof and side mirror and I went to Marin Acura to get them to look at it. Ryan was my contact throughout. Communication is critical for good customer service and Ryan nailed it with almost daily texts or calls. I had been searching for the perfect car for at least a year. I found my exact car online located at the Marin Acura dealership. Edmond was the person I spoke to from the start asking about my car. To top it off the best person to sell me my specific car ( Dodge Challenger) was Edmond. He owns one! Plus he is very knowledgeable on all the fun details of my car! He was very patient, kind and professional. Start to finish. If there was anyone I would spend 6 hrs lol at a dealership with I’m glad it was Edmond! Also sitting at his desk I looked at all his awards displayed, that says a lot; and he has been working at the same dealership for several years. We came to see a certified pre-owned MDX that happened to be the exact color combo I wanted, but when we arrived at the dealership, it had just been sold. Shervin knows his stuff and got us on the road in an hour! We've been searching for a new family SUV for months now, and living in rural northern California makes it hard to find the right car or even try out We've been searching for a new family SUV for months now, and living in rural northern California makes it hard to find the right car or even try out different models. We drove from three and a half hours away because Marin Acura had an MDX that was priced right, and we were very lucky to be matched up with Shervin as our salesperson. He was much more knowledgable about his cars than any of the other dozen or so salespeople we've dealt with in the past. You can tell he knows the features inside and out, and he could keep track of the different trim levels and offerings better than any other salesperson we've seen. We let him know right off the bat we were on a time crunch to get back home, and needed to leave in an hour if we were going to get home in time to relieve the babysitter. I could tell he understood our situation and Shervin really hustled to get us out of there on time, and the whole team did it! They got the car detailed, did our financing and paperwork from start to finish in 60 minutes - definitely the easiest and fastest car buying experience we've ever had, and we knew we could trust Shervin - he had our best interests in mind always and there was never any doubt about that. MDX Sports Hybrid ... truly a sport ride I used to live in Marin. Since I like understated elegance, I've always been fond of the Acura cars. Luxury without overstatement. But I moved to East bay and just recently decided to see if marin Acura could make the deal. I was noting that the internet sales people were quite responsive. Then I connected with Diego Alonzo Kroell, a recently promoted product specialist. He was so very positive about making a deal work... loved that attitude. Diego connected me to Ben, a sales manager, and Ben was quite positive as well. The sports hybrid MDX was a bit tricky, because supply was low and demand high. However, the creative approach was a reasonable lease, even though I was originally thinking .9% 72 months. I appreciated the insight and "can-do attitude even down to the exact color. Great salesmanship throughout, and excellent finance advice. The dealership remains strong through the finance process (Jean-Pierre Kabbara). My in/out time with a trade in was 1 hour - spectacular. Nice work... great teamsmanship. On a final note, in previous experience the service department is outstanding...and nearby at 100 yards is a shopping mall and good restaurants. More
