MDX Sports Hybrid ... truly a sport ride I used to live in Marin. Since I like understated elegance, I've always been fond of the Acura cars. Luxury without overstatement. But I moved to East bay and just recently decided to see if marin Acura could make the deal. I was noting that the internet sales people were quite responsive. Then I connected with Diego Alonzo Kroell, a recently promoted product specialist. He was so very positive about making a deal work... loved that attitude. Diego connected me to Ben, a sales manager, and Ben was quite positive as well. The sports hybrid MDX was a bit tricky, because supply was low and demand high. However, the creative approach was a reasonable lease, even though I was originally thinking .9% 72 months. I appreciated the insight and "can-do attitude even down to the exact color. Great salesmanship throughout, and excellent finance advice. The dealership remains strong through the finance process (Jean-Pierre Kabbara). My in/out time with a trade in was 1 hour - spectacular. Nice work... great teamsmanship. On a final note, in previous experience the service department is outstanding...and nearby at 100 yards is a shopping mall and good restaurants. More
