We searched the inventory of all Acura dealers in California, and there's only one with this color combination, which located at Marin Acura. In order to secure it, we decided to get it today (the same day we found it). We drove from south bay to Marin Acura Friday late afternoon and there was a heavy traffic. When we arrived, it's already 7:20pm, 20 minutes late than the open hours, but Eddie and two others were there still waiting for us. The whole process was smooth, and when we got everything done it's already past 9pm. We're very pleased getting the car we like at a good price. Eddie and all other people in Marin Acura are just awesome! More

Great experience with a Knowledgeable Staff I came into Marin Acura prepared for the horrible experience that comes along with buying a new car but my attitude changed completely after dealing w I came into Marin Acura prepared for the horrible experience that comes along with buying a new car but my attitude changed completely after dealing with Eddie. He was great! Down to earth. Answered every question I had promptly (I asked a lot). Was very accommodating and worked with me to a great price on the car I loved. I can see myself driving the distance next time I buy a new car from Eddie. The other staff was great. While waiting for the finance mgr, Jean-Pierre, I must've been offered a drink at least 5 times. It is very rare to see a place with this level of customer service. JP was also great to work with. The whole team was very knowledgeable, very quick, very friendly, and it was just great. I'm glad to write a review for these guys. More

In the many years I've been taking the car there, she has been so pleasant and easy to work with. I love Don, my (I think of him as 'my'!) shuttle driver. My only recent negative was the mediocre quality of the car cleaning - inside windshield and back window were not cleaned, and the rest spottily done. Michelle took my floor mats and had them washed for pick up later - so thoughtful and above and beyond! Overall, I really can't complain. Thanks, Marin Acura1 More

Eddie replied to my email requests promptly and did not insist on a phone number or wanting to meet me etc., From Eddie and Marin Acura are the best. He even spent time at 7 pm, showing me the various buttons on the console, pairing my phone, setting the FM channels, etc., I would recommend you always check here before you buy an Acura in the Bay Area More
Daniel Munoz - best customer service ever! I bought a used Acura 2012 TSX Wagon from a Lexus dealer in Oct 2015. I asked about pairing the phone and they directed me to the tech manual. I have I bought a used Acura 2012 TSX Wagon from a Lexus dealer in Oct 2015. I asked about pairing the phone and they directed me to the tech manual. I have never been able to get the phone to pair properly in spite of my husband having set up 3 different cars with phones, and both of us reading the manual. Finally I asked for help at Marin Acura were I take the car for service. Daniel not only set up the phone/car, he taught me how to do it myself and had me practice until he was convinced I got it! He taught me how to access my contacts and use voice commands to control the GPS built into the car. I then complained about the "Maps" app in my new iPhone not speaking to me while in the car, like my old Android did. He again set that up like a whiz. As I am new to iPhone I mentioned other issues. Daniel worked with me for hours, above and beyond the call of duty, getting my settings adjusted and showing me tips and tricks that the Apple Store Class I took did not divulge. It was the best customer service experience I have had --- ever! I had brought my car in for a B1 service, and Angel Perez was also excellent. He explained everything throughly, and was very accomodating. And he was the one to get me the help of Daniel, for which I am very grateful! I do not give the dealership an overall 5 star, because I have found their prices higher than other Acura dealers I have priced in the bay area. I did get my money's worth however with the support I received this time! More
