Great experience at Marin Acura I went to Marin Acura to buy a car because Eddie Gutfeld was the first person to actively reach out to me after submitting several online inquiries. I went to Marin Acura to buy a car because Eddie Gutfeld was the first person to actively reach out to me after submitting several online inquiries. I was pleasantly surprised after I looked up Marin Acura on Yelp, and read only glowing reviews by people who were helped by Eddie. From the first moment we made contact, Eddie was not only extremely responsive, but also honest and helpful. They sales manager really played hard ball with the offer, which made me a bit annoyed. But in the end, I brought home a beautiful new hybrid MDX. I have to say that the folks at Marin Acura really treat customer service seriously, as they thought nothing of delivering my car to me down in the peninsula after getting some accessories installed. I received a follow up call from Eddie, and several emails from other staff there after the purchase to check if things are going OK and if I needed anything.
