Very trustworthy and honest dealership By far the best experience I've had with a dealership. It started with a phone conversation with Edmond Kim describing what we were looking for. I already knew what car and the terms we wanted since I just voided a deal with Concord Acura that was signed the night before due to their deceptive financing practice (sneaking in a $2000 service agreement as described in my review of that dealership here in DealerRater). Edmond and I texted each other over the phone and we had a deal finalized after a few exchanges. The next morning the car was already detailed and the papers were signed with no surprises added. The terms were by the most part identical to the Concord Acura deal but the trust factor I have with Marin Acura is priceless. This locally owned dealership was founded by Mr. Ted Stevens who started as a parts delivery person, bought his first Honda franchise in the 70's, and has over the years expanded into a string of Honda and Acura dealerships - a true American success story. They told me how long it would take to effect the repairs, and offered my a shuttle ride home and back when my car was ready. Not only were the repairs done in a timely and competent manner, all the staff were incredibly helpful and my car came out of the shop immaculate inside and out. And the tires and rims were spotless!
