Fernando was nice and friendly in the whole process. I did not have the feeling of talking to a car dealer sales person at all. It was like I am talking to an advisor who is helping me out. When I come to the dealer, I was prepared for hard core negotiating and pushing back and forth, but Fernando was so good and honest at what he is doing, I had a very pleasant experience. Also, they did not try to lower down on the trade in as well, that was great. Jean-Pierre helped us finish the paperwork and it was so fun talking and working with him. As with most dealerships these days, their price was right around fair market value as determined by bluebook and the numerous other calculators online, so it was more or less a little- to no-haggle process. I also liked that they didn't lowball me on the trade-in. The staff was great - Edmond was the primary salesperson and was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his non-slimy, no-pressure, professional style. Jean-Pierre completed the purchase swiftly and efficiently. Daniel Munoz seemed to know every last detail about the car (as well as about my non-Acura trade-in!) and did a great job orienting me. Overall highly recommended. More

He did everything in his power to ensure I was walking out the dealership with a new Acura and that I would be happy with my purchase. He got me a great deal!
