The salesperson told us he was about to go home when we showed up but his manager told him to take care of us. When they found the car we were interested in, it wouldn't start. We passed. The customer service in Redwood City was top notch but the facility hasn't been updated in quite some time. The Marin sales office was modern and offered great customer service. They also offer discounted prices for Costco members so had the most competitive pricing. Even though we drove up from the Peninsula, it was well worth the time. More

Manny and Daniel spent at least two hours with me, over 3 or 4 days, helping me understand how everything in the car worked. Both of them were patient, caring, and they really know their stuff! The service people have made me feel right at home, and have done everything, in a timely manner to help me. Marvin, Michelle, Patty, and Tony--all were just good people and made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. He also sold my brother his car so it was not his first time dealing with the pops. He even texted with him the entire weekend and made sure the deal they agreed to was what we got (and this definitely involved some compromise on their end). I absolutely hate dealing with people, sales people especially, but Edmond made the whole process extremely easy. I don't plan on buying another car for a very, very long time but when I do I hope he's still around. More
