Amazing help from Tech Product Specialist I purchased a 2015 TLX from Marin Acura in Oct 2015 and I finally had time to sit down with Daniel Munoz, a Production Specialist employed by the deal I purchased a 2015 TLX from Marin Acura in Oct 2015 and I finally had time to sit down with Daniel Munoz, a Production Specialist employed by the dealership. What a joy ! Daniel spent 2 hours with me showing me lots of capabilities and options available in my car's onboard navigation, computer information, entertainment and Bluetooth phone system - capabilities and adjustments I had no idea were there. He dramatically improved the picture on the 2 information/navigation screens and made amazing adjustments to sound system.. He showed me how to use Siri to make hands free phone calls from my Contacts, have incoming texts and emails read to me, and even use Siri as an alternate navigation system - all hands free. The list of useful capabilities he showed me goes on and on. Suffice it to say Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and very personable and he made me really appreciate what I have available to safely enhance my driving experience. Excellent customer service I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new TLX from Marin Acura. I did my research online to seek out the best price for the model and options I wanted. I received several email and phone replies from Acura dealers in the area. The response I got from Marin Acura, particularly salesperson Edmond Kim, was forthright, comprehensive and even provided the stock number of the vehicle I was considering. He consistently provided prompt replies to my multiple questions, emails and phone calls. I especially liked his no pressure, down to earth approach. On meeting him in person, his demeanor and sales approach was the same. He answered all my questions, did not rush or pressure me into purchasing any extras I had not mentioned. The overall experience was pleasant, low key and comfortable. It was truly a pleasant surprise to not only walk out with a new car, but moreover feel so positively about the purchasing experience. Pleasant experience at Marin Acura I was in the market for a new RDX and contacted many dealers to find the color combination I was looking for. Marin Acura was by far the most attentiv I was in the market for a new RDX and contacted many dealers to find the color combination I was looking for. Marin Acura was by far the most attentive to my needs, offered me the most competitive price compared to other dealerships in the area, and were very helpful throughout the whole process. I even traveled 50 miles to pick up my new car, but believe me, it was well worth the drive. They had to transfer my car from another dealership, and when it arrived, Edmond sent me a video of the car before I could come pick it up. Now that's great customer service! When I finally did get there, I was greeted and finished up the buying process. Edmond helped me throughout the whole process, he was very informative, and never pushy whatsoever! Daniel and Manny made sure I knew about all the amazing features on my new car! Jean-Pierre made financing a complete breeze! Courteous and very helpful staff. I was looking for a used 2016 Acura RDX and during the course was talking to multiple dealers about the trim I was interested. Finally made a deal whi I was looking for a used 2016 Acura RDX and during the course was talking to multiple dealers about the trim I was interested. Finally made a deal while talking to Eddie in Marin Acura. However due to a mistake by me I found that the model I was looking for is different than what Eddie had sent and I travelled over 70 miles to pick it. Eddie didn't let me down and tried to make a better deal out from a new lot. We spoke for long time there and he engaged his manager Ben too. They tried to match up to my requirements and at the end I was able to make a deal for a new one. The vehicle wasn't available at local dealer and they had to bring it from other dealer. They offered me a loaner so I could travel back home in it instead of Uber. I refused though and asked to deliver the car at my doorstep on specific day. To my surprise Eddie was no nice to followup and ensured the vehicle was delivered to me on time. He spent good time explaining all details to me before signing off. KUDOS TO EDDIE AND HIS TEAM.
