Comfortable Buying Experience and Great Staff I've bought an shopped for cars for many years and seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, in buying experiences. However my experience at Marin Acura w I've bought an shopped for cars for many years and seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, in buying experiences. However my experience at Marin Acura would fall into a new category of 'great'. I initially made contact with Eddie online, conveyed my needs, and met with him a few days later to test-drive. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and created a low-pressure experience where he focused on finding the right vehicle for my needs. He worked with me on pricing when we determined a car (certified pre-owned Acura RDX), and was very transparent about their pricing strategy and the general market for the vehicle, however we were unable to come to an agreement during the first meeting. After we left, Eddie worked with his team for the next 24 hours and found a great compromise price which I agreed to, which the sales manager Ben offered in the end. I was astounded at their flexibility and willingness to work with me to find a compromise that would fit my budget. The rest was quite easy with staff members Jean-Pierre (Finance Manager) going through paperwork and add-ons (comfortable, no-pressure), in addition to learning from Daniel (Product Manager) about the car functionality. I also discussed tires with Karen, who was more than accommodating. This is a great staff that can be trusted work with you in finding the right car that will fit your budget. I would highly recommend this dealership's staff to anyone, and will be returning for future purchases. More

My sales representative was Eddie Gutfeld and he did a great job walking me I recently purchased a 2016 Acura MDX. My overall experience was great. My sales representative was Eddie Gutfeld and he did a great job walking me through the options of both the used and new model MDXs. In the end we went with the new model because of the features. My wife picked up the vehicle in the late evening and Eddie spent a good hour walking her through the features, setting up her phone, etc. Overall it was a great experience and I'm looking forward to coming back to Eddie and Marin Acura for our next vehicle purchase.
