I was greeted by Eddie Gutfield I purchased a vehicle from Marin Acura on November 29th 2015. Initially I had only planned on looking at the vehicles. I was greeted by Eddie Gutfield and we discussed what I was looking for and trading in my vehicle. Eddie was kind and had a great sense of humor. I felt like he was honest and there was no pressure, as often experienced at a dealership. We discussed numbers and trade value and we were able to come to an agreement. My husband and I were offered beverages and the staff made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Jeanne Pierre was also very kind and shared stories about family while signing paperwork. The process was quick and smooth. Once the car was pulled around front, all cleaned up we were greeted by Mr. Singh who showed me how to operate the navigation and blue tooth.
