It takes a lot for me to bring my car into the dealer for service, though I have been to Marin Acura a few times with my trusty 2006 MDX (which I *love*, btw - so much space). Karen has been my service advisor two of those three times, and I will always go back to her. She is honest, very knowledgeable about cars, and has everything prepared for me when I arrive. I especially like how she has the loaner car ready to go, shows me how everything works in there (including how to pair my phone), and how I get a detailed email explaining what needs to be done to my car and why. I may not go for everything on the list, but I appreciate having all the information. Unlike with many service advisers, Karen actually knows what she is talking about and can explain mechanical issues. She is gold - I recommend her without hesitation. More

Jean-PIerre Kabbara is so charming and helpful you should bottle him and sell it to other dealerships. Manny Singh was incredibly helpful in showing me the extraordinary technology of the TLX. My wife once owned an Integra, which was a marvelous car. It's impossible to beat the ACURA TLX for it's quality, safety, ride and comfort. We love the car and were in an out in less than two hours. And BTW, I'm selling my Mercedes 350 E, Sports/Premium edition, to make room for the TLX. Yours is a class operation, and the TLX is unrivaled the mid-range luxury car world. Fabulous on all fronts.
