Pleasant purchase experience I had a pleasant experience at the dealership. I visited the dealership for a used MDX. I found the sale team very amicable and thoroughly professional. They gave me helpful suggestions and everything went smooth. I worked with Fernando and Alex for the sales and with J-P for the financing. Fernando patiently showed me the cars and took time to take me for the test drive through the traffic and freeway. There was no pressure to return back quickly and I took my time. I got a good deal and there wasn't any need to haggle. Though my offer price was below the KBB and edmunds price, it was accepted within a few minutes with Fernando taking just one trip to the manager's room :) The meeting with J-P for financials was quick and he did a great job in explaining every little detail. Finally Fernando showed me how to use some tech features of the car to make my drive home easier. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family.
