The REAL, HONEST and CARING car dealership EVER I was rear ended on 7/8/2015 here in Santa Cruz CA. My car was totaled, and I was injured. I spent a lot of time on internet trying to find a replacem I was rear ended on 7/8/2015 here in Santa Cruz CA. My car was totaled, and I was injured. I spent a lot of time on internet trying to find a replacement car, and went to many local dealerships to no avail. Finding Marin Acura, I spoke with a wonderful man by the name of Malcolm. He was a used car specialist there. He listened to me and my concerns, worked with me and even offered to send a driver for me to come view the car (70 miles away). During the long wait time with my insurance company and for this transaction, I received calls from the dealership asking about my health and how they could help. I found my exact replica I was looking for, and they at the dealership worked with me and got me into my replacement car, at the best price with no problems. Needless to say, I will always refer people to them. Its worth the drive and time, for you really know you are cared for there, and you are not just a commission check. I felt as if I was going to see a friend, and the hug and concern just solidified that. More

A language barrier is just a small issue in those long and tough processes. Even though many of my American friends also rely on their excellent negotiator friend when they buy a car. Thanks to Eddie and Jean-Pierre at Marin Acura, I had a very exceptional experience. From the first contact to the even after arriving at home, even after the next day looking over my MDX, those gentlemen made my family thought about their excellent professional. Eddie, as sincere pastor at the market place, earnestly prayed for my family and blessed the vehicle before my leaving from his dealershop in the late evening like over 10pm. How can I tell, it’s just a moving experience, of course great gift. I can’t thank Eddie enough. Jean-Pierre is also wonderful professional to think customer’s very best choice. I would love to recommend those gentlemen for my friends. More
