There were no assumptions that we would purchase anything after the test drive. No hard selling, no tag teaming with sales managers etc. Just a plain old happy experience. Sure we had a small misunderstanding about the quotes for AWD versus FWD, but it was resolved by a phone call by Fernando, and I signed on the dotted line the next day. When it was time to pick up the car, Ryan, Ben, JP Kabbara, Manny was there to make sure the pick up was uneventful. I would certainly like to visit this dealership again when it is time to look for a refresh for my other car. More

Grateful! I expected my car buying experience to be stressful with sneaky salesmen. Needless to say, my guard was up pretty high. Marin Acura proved me so wrong I expected my car buying experience to be stressful with sneaky salesmen. Needless to say, my guard was up pretty high. Marin Acura proved me so wrong. The professionalism and honesty displayed by this dealership was outstanding. They didn't pressure me on a sale or any extras, instead Fernando was honest and encouraged me to take my time and do my research. Even though he sells cars to people everyday, he understands that to each customer, buying a car is a big deal! I do not believe this dealership plays games, they stick to their word. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the other people who were incredibly patient and answered each of my questions and phone calls (there were a LOT of questions and phone calls by me). Specifically, a big thank you to Fernando for always being available and most of all, his professionalism and honesty. It makes a big difference and he gained my trust. Jean-Pierre, the finance director, is a very sharp man. You can trust him to not miss a thing. Finally, do not leave the dealership without going over your car with Daniel. He is the perfect type of person you want to explain and go through every single last button and feature in the car with you -- and not just explaining what it does or showing you while you sit back, but making sure YOU know where everything is and even having YOU practice in the car, like making test phone calls with the blue tooth, shifting gears -- you name it. Instead of a show and tell typo demo, it's YOU who is learning by doing. And to think I thought I had to rely on google or the (dun dun dun) owner's manual! Another memorable part of my experience was that the atmosphere at Marin Acura is very relaxed. They make you feel comfortable. EVERYBODY says hi and stops by to chat with you, but it doesn't feel pressure-y, it's more like they just want to make sure you have a good experience. More
Not honest finance department John Piere in finance will sell you anything he can and make it seem like he's doing you a favor! He was not transparent and extremely misleading!! It's not worth it and canceling is not as easy or upfront as they make it sound. He is the classic "car salesman"....really bad! More

The day we went to Marin Acura the car was ready and waiting for us and as promised for the same deal as agreed upon with no hidden charges. Jean Pierre from the finance department was excellent too. Very informative and very quick. He even made sure we get a good price for the extra accessories we purchased. Mangit was wonderful too. He explained in detail all the features of the car and answered all our questions. Overall it was a great experience to buy a car from Marin Acura. Even though it was an hour and half drive from my place it was totally worth it. More
Amazing experience! I've been trying to buy a 2016 ACURA ILX with a spoiler, but I wanted a specific affordable price. I have been emailing back and forth with Malcolm an I've been trying to buy a 2016 ACURA ILX with a spoiler, but I wanted a specific affordable price. I have been emailing back and forth with Malcolm and he worked really hard to make the price work. I had missed our meeting that morning on Memorial day and went in the afternoon, but Malcolm had an appointment so he had Fernando help me. That day the dealership was having a BBQ so it was pretty nice to be able to eat and finish the paperwork. Fernando has a great sense of humor and was able to help us finalize everything. The finance director JP helped us with the finance paperwork. As we were doing the paperwork he realize our Honda civic that we traded-in still had Honda care so he was able to help us cancel it and get us a check for $700! Boy, were we happy with that!! In addition, I had some questions regarding my downpayment the next day when JP wasn't in the office, but Edmond helped me instead. Overall the whole staff here is super friendly and really tries to help you every step of the way to get the dream car you want. I highly recommend! Update: I forgot to mention we got the spoiler install two days later since it was Memorial Holiday, but Marvin helped me with it and I was quite impressed. He hooked me up with a loaner car since I wasn't able to stay for the day and wait for the spoiler installation. He also had Acura sent me a text when my car was ready for pick up! More
