The day we went to Marin Acura the car was ready and waiting for us and as promised for the same deal as agreed upon with no hidden charges. Jean Pierre from the finance department was excellent too. Very informative and very quick. He even made sure we get a good price for the extra accessories we purchased. Mangit was wonderful too. He explained in detail all the features of the car and answered all our questions. Overall it was a great experience to buy a car from Marin Acura. Even though it was an hour and half drive from my place it was totally worth it. More
Amazing experience! I've been trying to buy a 2016 ACURA ILX with a spoiler, but I wanted a specific affordable price. I have been emailing back and forth with Malcolm an I've been trying to buy a 2016 ACURA ILX with a spoiler, but I wanted a specific affordable price. I have been emailing back and forth with Malcolm and he worked really hard to make the price work. I had missed our meeting that morning on Memorial day and went in the afternoon, but Malcolm had an appointment so he had Fernando help me. That day the dealership was having a BBQ so it was pretty nice to be able to eat and finish the paperwork. Fernando has a great sense of humor and was able to help us finalize everything. The finance director JP helped us with the finance paperwork. As we were doing the paperwork he realize our Honda civic that we traded-in still had Honda care so he was able to help us cancel it and get us a check for $700! Boy, were we happy with that!! In addition, I had some questions regarding my downpayment the next day when JP wasn't in the office, but Edmond helped me instead. Overall the whole staff here is super friendly and really tries to help you every step of the way to get the dream car you want. I highly recommend! Update: I forgot to mention we got the spoiler install two days later since it was Memorial Holiday, but Marvin helped me with it and I was quite impressed. He hooked me up with a loaner car since I wasn't able to stay for the day and wait for the spoiler installation. He also had Acura sent me a text when my car was ready for pick up! More

I should say we felt very comfortable with the negotiations and Eddie was the most accommodating and patient dealer I've worked with. Never pushing things just to get the deal. We got the MDX 2016 we've been wanting and the feeling of knowing we got the best deal around town makes it more worth going to this dealership. Great customer service My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Acura of Marin. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Fernando. When we told him we were looking for Edmond he showed us to his desk and then went to find him for us. He even came back with water while we waited. Then our salesman Edmond took it from there. He was FANTASTIC!! First we called and talked to him on the phone earlier that day to determine if the car I wanted was there. While we were on our way to the dealership he called us back to get my information to start the process. He even sent us a video of the car to insure it was the correct model. Who does that?? Isn't that awesome?!? He knew earlier that day, I had been to a different dealership who tried to sell me a car I didn't want. Then it was time to meet the finance guy. Yikes, this is always the worse part with buying a car, right? Not, yesterday! JP was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all of our options and gave us great advice. We talked about family and how excited he was about his kids track meet on Saturday. He was a really nice guy. Once we were finished with JP in finance we went back to Edmond. By this time it was around 8pm. Even tho the dealership closed at 7pm, Edmond never made us feel rushed. At one point he even had to get his bag out of the building as they were locking the doors. He still came back and answered all our questions and went over the whole car with us. He even told me he would be calling me next week, so I didn't need to worry if I couldn't remember all the options. This is the 4th car I have purchase new from a dealership, and hands down this was the best experience I've ever had. You guys have wonderful customer service and I would recommend your dealership to anyone. I mean even the women's bathroom was beautiful. ?? More
Awesome Customer Service I was so impressed with Dan Roque and Marvin Pagador. I was in a bind with getting my car serviced before the Memorial Day Weekend. I brought my car I was so impressed with Dan Roque and Marvin Pagador. I was in a bind with getting my car serviced before the Memorial Day Weekend. I brought my car in on Friday morning and the part I needed was already ordered and onsite. They walked me through everything, asking about anything else I may have needed done on my car. There was a slight mix up on the cost of replacing a roof molding. They were patient and listened to my side before working with me, instead of normal service dealers that just tell you what you will pay. I used another Acura location to get my car, but I will continue to use Marin for all future service, and when I am ready to buy a new car- I will definitely come to these guys! More
