Great Customer Service Recovery I needed to get out of my leased Acura and saw there was a really nice used car on their lot that would fit my needs. Made a couple of offers on the I needed to get out of my leased Acura and saw there was a really nice used car on their lot that would fit my needs. Made a couple of offers on the vehicle but the sales person I was working with never followed up on my offers. I felt that my offers were not being taken seriously. I took my Acura in for a scheduled service a few days ago, saw that the vehicle I liked was still on the lot and walked in to the showroom to see if I could still make a deal on the car. Eddie was the salesperson I met and he was great! Friendly, efficient and very easy to talk to, he made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. He turned around an experience that was leading to a no sale into a sale and possible future sales. If we deal with Marin Acura in the future, Eddie will be our man!
