I was warmly greeted by everyone I met and taken care of by Eddie in such a manner that I wouldn't hesitate to go back to ask any question no matter how petty. He couldn't have been more courteous and professional. Danny spent an unbelievable amount of time with me explaining how the car works and his enthusiasm for the machine was contagious. I know I will have to call on him again because I have never had such a futuristic machine, and I want to be able to take advantage of all its' amazing features. We leased the car for the first time in our lives and if I knew it was going to be so much fun and so informative talking with Jean-Pierre we might have done it sooner.( Our son was a runner also) It was obvious when we were introduced to the Owner of Marin Acura that she is proud of her sales team and support staff. First 2016 ILX model! I had stopped by to see if the dealership had received any of the new 2016 ILX models yet. Luckily they had just taken delivery of a new black premium I had stopped by to see if the dealership had received any of the new 2016 ILX models yet. Luckily they had just taken delivery of a new black premium model. Started off my buying process with Ryan but I also dealt with Malcolm. Both guys were a pleasure to work with and there was no pressure to purchase anything. My wife and I both loved the car so we made an offer and that's all there was to it. Pretty painless and Jean-Pierre in Finance put a great finance package together for us. Because this was the first 2016 model on the lot I wasn't expecting the sales people to be fully prepared to give me a full explanation of all the new features. The vehicle had barely gotten off the delivery truck! I was invited back several days later and Daniel gave me a full run down on our new vehicle and how everything worked. He truly loves Acura's and was able to fully explain everything about the car. All in all we had a great experience with Marin Acura and would recommend them to anyone! More

We had an amazing experience with Greg so, naturally we were looking forward to another painless process. Greg was busy giving stellar customer service to another buyer so, he trusted Edmond to assist us. Edmond took care of our financing for our previous sale so, he wasn't a stranger. Edmond is extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose between two available options. We couldn't be happier with the experience as he was truly our advocate through the entire process and genuinely cared about our needs. He continued to give us his time the next day when we went back to have accessories installed. I would also like to mention how friendly Jean-Pierre was when we signed all of the paperwork. He has a great personality and made signing all those forms pleasant! I missed a ton of other people that we met along the way but I will say that everyone we came in contact with was so nice. It's always a pleasant experience when we go to the dealership; it's highly recommended! More

We kept going back to the Acura dealership because we just couldn't make up our minds. Every time we entered the dealership we found the sales staff to be very friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured and felt they were just helping us make the best decision for our needs. We initially met Edmond and then met Eddie on one of our subsequent visits. Both were excellent representatives, very professional and extremely helpful. They explained everything to us as many times as we needed, with a sense of humor and patience. MY wife met with Danny Munoz and was very pleased with his help and knowledge. We ended up with the MDX and were pleased with the entire experience. Honestly, we made our final decision based upon the people we met during the purchasing process. We can only hope the service department is as helpful and maintains the same friendly and professional service as does the sales department. More
