I was very impressed with Edmund's friendly and pressure free approach. I was also impressed with his patience. I thought I had decided on the exact color and model. It was time to close the deal and who would have thought that I would change my mind. I wanted a different color! What I wanted was not available at that moment. Edmund's patience never changed! He was able to get the preferred color at the very last minute even though it was closing time. My RDX was ready to pick up the next day. Edmund made the entire process easy and stress free. Got right down to business, no dinkering ! When I was finally ready to purchase an RDX, after a year of contemplation, I checked out reviews for sales and service at Marin Acura online and dec When I was finally ready to purchase an RDX, after a year of contemplation, I checked out reviews for sales and service at Marin Acura online and decided that is where I would make my purchase, even though I had test driven the RDX at two other dealerships, and it is about a 45 minute drive from my home. My salesperson was Ryan Breedwell, who is a very friendly, no pressure kind of guy and I loved his approach. Since I had done a lot of research previously on the car, and had driven it before, I told him I was ready to make a purchase. I was getting ready to tell him how I don't like to beat around the bush and wanted to get right to the point in making the deal and not dink around and he told me, "I'm a straight shooter." Those were words to my ears. We sat down, filled out some requisite paperwork and worked some numbers, and after several times back and forth to his finance guy, with less than a five minute wait in between each offer, we had come to an agreement. Then I test drove the car one more time. Once I was done with Ryan I was introduced to Jean-Pierre Kabbara who handled the contract, paperwork, etc. Jean-Pierre is a very upbeat guy who quickly got to work and having me sign the multitude of papers that are necessary for the purchase and answered any questions I had. I stayed awhile after signing the papers to have my accessories installed, and waited in the customer waiting room, which is very comfortable. I couldn't believe how clean and nicely decorated the customer restroom was. I drove home in my new car. I knew it was Ryan's day off the next day, but I texted him that evening to let him know there was a slight glitch with one of my accessories and asked him to leave a message for whomever so that it would be taken care of when I went in the next day to meet with the products guy. Ryan texted back saying that he would personally come in to take care of it, which he did. Daniel Munoz, the products guy, is extremely nice and pleasant. I met with him the day after my purchase and he explained to me everything that I needed to know about my navigation system and more. He was very patient, concise and thorough. He had me practice after he demonstrated, which was very helpful. Not counting the time I waited to have my accessories installed after my purchase, the whole buying experience took just around two hours. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I absolutely hate, hate, hate when you are making offers and having to wait perhaps a half hour or more for your salesperson to come back, make a counter offer, repeat. I would highly recommend this dealership for its efficiency; and when you get there be sure to ask for Ryan, Jean-Pierre & Daniel. More

Best purchasing experience...ever! My wife and I were thinking about a Honda Accord when I suggested we go check out the Acura's (since she loves them and she had owned two previously.) We submitted a request through Costco and were contacted by Edmond Kim. Edmond is not your typical salesperson (Thank God!) We had a few phone and internet contacts with Edmond and eventually met with him and test drove the 2015 Acura TLX. Edmond was awesome. Actually, everyone who we ran into was great- even the lot porter in the back car storage lot while Edmond got the keys. Ultimately, we ended up ordering the color and equipment combo that my wife wanted. Edmond kept us up to date with the build date and called me when the car was on the truck to the dealership. Before picking up the car, my wife wanted to make sure the TLX had a spoiler on it - Edmond coordinated this effort through the service department completely, and it was installed beautifully, and on-time. (He even texted us pictures of the car all detailed with the spoiler on it - who does that?!? AWESOME!) Our experience in the finance department was also superb – very informational and no pressure (again, Thank God!) Upon pickup of the car, Edmond again was great, and made sure the deal went smoothly as planned. He even followed-up a few days later to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy. This really was unlike any other car buying experience we have ever had. I used to cringe at the word “salesperson”, however, our experience with Edmond was much, much different – all positive. He had no “hard sell” attitude, no seemingly ulterior motive. Even after the car sale was done, he was still kind, friendly, and seemed to take a genuine interest if we were happy with our purchase. I even got a “Merry Christmas” text – nice! We would whole-heartedly recommend Edmond Kim to our friends and family and would 100% do business with Marin Acura again. More
