I was very pleasantly surprised by our experience here. We researched and test drove for months trying to decide on what vehicle we wanted and which met our needs. It included test drives with multiple different vehicles. We eventually settled on the Acura MDX as the best vehicle. We visited multiple dealerships and contacted even more via e-mail. We wanted very specific color combination/packages and several dealers told us the vehicle we wanted didn't exist in Northern California and couldn't be found. We were given decent offers for vehicles that were not our first choice for colors. We figured that if we had to spend over $50,000 for the vehicle, we were going to get the color we wanted. We spoke to Ben over the phone who offered to sell the vehicle below Invoice price and said he could get the exact vehicle we wanted. I have had very poor experiences with other dealerships so I was expecting to get the run around or be told whatever they thought we wanted to hear to get us in the door. We told Ben that we were ready to buy if he could actually get the exact vehicle we wanted. Ben called us back and told us he got the vehicle. Exactly as we had asked for. We went down the next day and dealt with Edmond since Ben was off. They had the exact vehicle that we were looking for and agreed to sell it as Ben had offered. And that beat the next best offer by $1,500. The entire process at the dealership was low key, no pressure. We were treated very well by everyone there. A very refreshing experience compared to some of the dealers we visited. After the purchase, Daniel spent awhile going over all of the technology in the MDX, making sure we were at least somewhat familiar with all of the new gadgets in the vehicle. Daniel did an excellent job but there is so much going on that it was too much to learn everything right then. Daniel gave us his e-mail address and phone number and told us to call or e-mail if we had any questions so he could help us. Everyone at the dealership did a great job and I'd highly recommend Acura of Marin if you are in the market for a new Acura. And we love our new MDX so I'd highly recommend checking them out! More

I price-shopped online/via email with various Acura dealers in the area and Marin Acura's quote was so much better than the others straight out of the gate. Edmond was our Sales contact from start to finish and he was extremely helpful and informative. And he definitely wasn't pushy like a lot of other salespeople we've encountered! Edmond made the entire sales process very smooth and we were confident that we got a great deal! We got the Tech Package with our MDX so Edmond introduced us to his colleague, Manny (Manjit), to show us/explain all the features of the car. Manny was awesome! He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) and went through every cool feature (the tech package comes with a lot) so that we knew exactly what we were getting. Both Manny and Edmond stayed with us while we went through everything that night, even as their managers locked up shop! Now THAT's customer service! More

You can tell she really cares about each customer she interacts with. Karen makes sure to have my car waiting for me when I arrive and not me waiting for my car. Great Car Purchase Experience! It was a fun shopping experience! We've been to other dealerships and this was the best experience ever! Not to mention that we live an hour of driving away but still it was worth the driving! People here are very friendly and easy to talk to. We all know the "tricks" most of the dealers play during the price negotiation process but I have to say here the process was a lot faster and less painless. The whole negotiation process took like less than 10 minutes and we had a deal that we were happy with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends! More
