I was interested in an used Acura RDX 2011 model and Edmond contacted me immediately. I drove the same day to Marin Acura and traded in my old vehicle (Acura TL 2009) for the RDX. Edmond had the car ready when I got there and was very professional and patient with my questions. It was quite late when I got there and Alex and Edmond waited patiently till everything was done. Alex and Edmond was very kind to listen to all my requests and except for being able to provide a good price for my old car, I was very satisfied with the professionalism and courteousness of both Edmond and Alex. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I originally went in to look at an ILX which is when I met Greg. I had previously been contacted by Edmond but he was off the day I went. Greg showed me the ILX and mentioned Edmond would be back the next day. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very nice and friendly. I went back the next day with my parents and met Edmond. I mentioned to him I was interested in a black TSX I had seen online. He showed me the car and asked if I wanted to take it out on a test drive. We did and I loved it. I ended up getting the TSX. They have all been very helpful and have answered all my questions as well as my concerns. I am happy with my purchase and pleased with their excellent customer service. JP was also great, he got me an awesome deal as well as some insurance info. They are all great! More

There was no sitting at an empty desk enduring the salesman's back and forth antics, no sense of being treated like 'the enemy', just honest, straightforward communication. This is the right way to sell cars! Greg did an amazing tutorial on all the details of our new car, programmed all the gadgets, and stayed late to get everything done right. I have purchased several cars over the years, and dealt with many car dealers. As a single woman I found Edmund to be far and beyond respectful, upfront and transparent. At no point did I feel swindled or intimidated by the process. I did a lot of research before making my purchase, so I knew what would be a fair price. Edmund and his boss accepted my offer and made the deal happen that day. I had received much higher price points from other Acura dealers and walked away time and time again. But I felt comfortable with the price point at this dealership. I wanted a specific color, so Marin Acura had the car driven in from a sister dealership an hour away at rush hour. Edmund helped detail the car himself so that I received my new car same day. Edmund delivered the car as promised and in stellar condition. Edmund even drove out to my house in San Francisco to deliver a copy of my purchases agreement a week after the purchase. Excellent service. I have already recommended Edmund and Marin Acura to several friends and clients. Marin Acura provided the high end service that you would hope to expect when buying a relatively expensive vehicle.
