He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We were looking for a car several months ago but never decided what we actually wanted to get. We started at Mark Christopher (MC) then after a while ended up going back to MC because of Deandre. I always thought it stressful to buy a car and deal with salespeople. However, Deandre made the entire process smooth, quick, painless and he got us a great deal. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We love our new car and really appreciate the quality customer service we received. More
Beware.. Came in for a charging issue. Diagnosed as an alternator issue. Had an extended warranty purchased from North County Cadillac with the purchase of my Came in for a charging issue. Diagnosed as an alternator issue. Had an extended warranty purchased from North County Cadillac with the purchase of my CTS-V. Instead of just replacing the alternator, service tech identified replacement cold air intake and claimed car was modified to warranty company who refused the claim and cancelled the warranty, despite identifying the intake had nothing to do with the failed alternator, and unrelated to the problem. We were pre qualified, negotiated the terms, and when we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, we were told we had the price that we wanted but the cover we requested and confirmed that was part of the deal would be an extra 1700. On top of it, Emmett would only say 'opps sorry.' He told us if he had been involved sooner, he would not have committed to the deal? The whole experience was a bait and switch. The sales person (while very nice), & the sales manager had no experience in negotiating a deal and therefore messed up- and instead of recognizing this mistake, and making amends with their miscommunication - we decided to walk away. This whole experience with this dealership should be a HUGE watch out for all consumers. They also told us because we were from Orange County they would not make any money on the service since we would not bring our vehicle over an hour away. If you are in the market for a car, I would stay clear of doing any business with them. More

We came in to check out two Chevy Sparks KL8CB6SA9HC786772 and KL8CB6SA0HC797031 which were advertised $10,995. After the salesman Gerald Waters entered both into the computer, and was gone for 30 minutes to find it, he came back with a black car, and told us the Red Spark, KL8CB6SA0HC797031, had a huge dent in it, and that he couldn't sell it. He also told us he couldn't find the Kalamata Spark, KL8CB6SA9HC786772, and that he would give us the deal on the black car. We really didn't want the black car, but reluctantly agreed to purchase it. After taking it for a test drive, and wasting a couple of hours, we were led to financing to complete the purchase. While we were waiting, I went for a walk, found the Red Spark, KL8CB6SA0HC797031, and it wasn't dented. Gerald Waters LIED to us that the Red Chevy Spark that we wanted to purchase had a HUGE DENT in it because he didn't want to sell it to us. When we told Gerald Waters about it, he went and got the manager, who then told us the Red Spark had a mechanical problem, that they wouldn't be selling it to us, and that it would be returned to the manufacturer. He also told us the Kalamata was already sold. I went back the next day and test drove the Red Spark, and the Kalamata Spark was still on their lot. The Red Spark drove great, and there were zero DENTS. When the Saleswoman asked me to come inside so she could get me a deal on the car, I told her I already had a deal on the car, and pulled out their advertisement for $10,995. She went in to see the manager, came back out and informed us we would not be getting that deal because both vehicles were listed by mistake in the advertisement. I told her I would be reporting them to the BBB for Bait and Switch advertising, she went back in to see her manager, came out and gave us the deal. They are being dishonest with their customers, advertising cars for sale that they have no intention of selling at the advertised price. They lie to the customers about the condition of the cars that are listed in their advertisement, so they won't have to sell them. They are in the practice of Bait and Switch Advertising which is illegal. More

I contacted Mr. Gerald Waters via an on line chat to confirm a specific vehicle, Certified GMC Yukon Denali in stock. We arrived at Mark Christopher, late in the evening and as we exited our vehicle Mr. Waters greeted us, in the rain with a handshake and a smile. He immediately brought the Yukon over to us for a test drive. Mr. Waters was very knowledgeable and answered "all" of my wife's questions (ie. Bluetooth connectivity, airbags, lane departure warnings, etc). The negotiations for the trade-in and purchase vehicle was very low stress and professional. At the end of the paperwork, Mr. Waters took the time to assist us in setting up the GMC app on our smartphones. I would recommend anybody to contact Mr. Waters for an honest, low stress and smooth transaction. More

Such a great 1st time buying experience I was in the market for a new vehicle. My first time ever buying a new vehicle. I had done a lot of research to try and find the best Chevy dealer out I was in the market for a new vehicle. My first time ever buying a new vehicle. I had done a lot of research to try and find the best Chevy dealer out there. I came across a ton of reviews for Mark Christopher Chevy. Most all of them being 5 stars. So I went on their website to see if they had the vehicle I was searching for. They just so happened to have the exact car I was in search for. 2016 Chevy Camaro 2SS. I went in to take a look at it and as I was pulling in, they had just sold it. But their inventory is so large and vast, they had another one that was identical to the one I was interested in, just a different color. Time for the test drive, Wayne made that test drive such a fun and entertaining time while still going through all of the features of the vehicle. These people at this dealership are seriously incredibly nice people. Every single one of them. Wayne and the sales team worked with us as best as they could to give us the best rate possible and throw in a ton of additives for a lower cost! I can most definitely say that Mark Christopher Chevy made my first car buying experience the best it could've possibly been! More
