I got there at 9am, promised my car back at 11am. They gave me back my car at 11:25am. Then there was oil handprints on my back door and all over my hood! When I say Oil , I mean Oil!! It surprises me that a Cadillac dealership doesn’t have a shuttle service! We are Honda and Ford, and both of them have a shuttle service. And if the Shuttle is busy, they pay for Uber! Why doesn’t Cadillac shuttle service! We are Honda and Ford, and both of them have a shuttle service. And if the Shuttle is busy, they pay for Uber!
