Had appointment for a oil change, 5 hours later, Car finally done. Ridiculous. Why have appointments? Other people in the waiting room had the same problem. Had to make two visits to dealership to have my antenna replaced that was missing after truck was taken by salesman to be washed. Pushed too hard to buy extended warranty after I had declined. When I got to line for service. No sign, no one there to let me know when, where or anything. I went inside and I was rudely told to go wait In my car.
