Service advisor was great! Cashier not so much, it took Service advisor was great! Cashier not so much, it took over 20 mins to have my car brought to me after being serviced, the guys to go retrieve the Service advisor was great! I took my truck for transmission acting up and they said nothing is wrong . I drive it home and it does the same thing . I was stuck in traffic on the 15 fwy N . Took my Escalade in for service because the transmission was shifting hard. They told me the fluid needed changing. While they were working on it I had them change the engine oil. Now it leaks. Took it back was shifting hard. They told me the fluid needed changing. While they were working on it I had them change the engine oil. Now it leaks. Took it back. They said no leaks. Car still leaks. Terrible service. The mechanics don’t know how to work on cars anymore. More
