I don’t know if I would recommend this dealership. This dealership did not stand out or impress me at all!! Things I have seen at other dealerships impressed me more.... friendliness, offered water, etc. Gerald very knowledgeable on the car but he broke my bling license plate that was on my old car when he tried to take it off , he said it broke, it was old. That’s not okay to me, should have been replaced or offered me something in exchange, those aren’t cheap, $75. He told me he would order me a new net for the back of my car cuz the one that was in there didn’t fit right said he would mail it out the next day, after two weeks I texted him,( he didn’t have any business cards when I was there so he sent a picture of it to my cell phone ) he said he sent it out that next day, I don’t believe that, I just wished he would have said he forgot rather than insinuating it must have got lost in the mail. He texted me today saying he sent out another one, so we will see. Larry Lee very friendly but someone spelled my last name wrong because when I got my first bill it was misspelled and when I had to call them and tell them they said that was on you guys. I drove to Ontario to this dealership and I don’t know why I did! In hindsight I shouldn’t have. So many dealerships around to choose from. The only good thing is that I really LOVE my Traverse. More

Desided to give Marc another shot to do an oil change. Took it in on Friday with an appointment took 4 hours for a oil change, they didn't call to say it was ready I had to call to see the progress. Ray either lied to me about the status of my truck or $155 for 20 minutes of work is outrageous. I checked in at 9am. Hadn’t received an update so I called at 1:30. Ray said I was the fifth truck in line $155 for 20 minutes of work is outrageous. I checked in at 9am. Hadn’t received an update so I called at 1:30. Ray said I was the fifth truck in line. I understood it was going to be awhile and asked that he call me before 4 pm so I could make arrangements to pick it up as leaving it overnight was not an option. No call by 4:15 so I called Ray. He advised the truck had not been seen yet and wouldn’t be until the next day. 15-20 minutes later Ray called me back saying they were able to get the truck in for a diagnostic. This was a surprise and a quick change from what he’d told me just a short time ago. After learning what was at issue and how much the fix would be, I advised Ray I’d be in the next day to pick up the truck for service elsewhere. Never did Ray mention how much the diagnostic would cost. So when I arrived to pick up my truck the $155 for a 20 min diagnostic caught me off guard. When speaking with Ray he accused me of interrupting him when in actuality it was he who was quick to interrupt me. When questioned about the amount of time it took to complete the work and our prior day’s conversation, Ray claimed he did not remember what occurred and was not willing to consider a more fair rate for the work and his lack of service. I won’t even get started on the frustration with having to purchase a second condenser in just 4 year. More

I like the fact that he didn’t have to make an appointment. I just showed up early in the morning got in line and I was able to drop the car off. Ray my service guy was phenomenal. appointment.
