I had an appointment for an oil change & upon arrival I could see how busy they were what should’ve taken 2 to 3 hours ended up being an all day appointment. Arriving I was told by employee to wait for oil change to be completed in the waiting area . 5 hrs later, I had to contact employee and he tells me "oh, I didn't know you were going to wait" After, I had to be completed in the waiting area . 5 hrs later, I had to contact employee and he tells me "oh, I didn't know you were going to wait" After, I had to wait an extra hour because oil change had not been completed and the ticket number for the service could not be found. Quality of service was poor at best! More
