My car was finally ready for pick up on November 29 and when I picked it up it was dirty and not washed. Today when I was driving to work I noticed the thermostat was not working again and I called the service department and they told me they do not have any learners available for a week but I can bring it in and they will look at it but I will not have a car. More

The sales person helping us didn’t know how to answer most of our questions and the answers he did give us weren’t always correct. The sales supervisor gave me his word they would give me a month before cashing a check I left them, only to cash it 3 days later. They promised me free gas tanks in exchange for a 5-star review.. I decided to be honest instead. More
