The service was great, got in on time and the car was done on time. The only thing I will say is there is an issue with my car that needs to be resolved. This was the first service on my car and I had done on time. The only thing I will say is there is an issue with my car that needs to be resolved. This was the first service on my car and I had to pay $88. My last Escalade the maintenance was free up to a certain mileage. I was told that it went away in 2019, and the first service is now free. I was told that my car already had some kind of warrant etc, which is not true and even the dates and mileage in the system was wrong. I don’t feel that this should be my responsibility to figure out but that was pretty much the way it was at your dealership. Thanks More

So I came in for an oil change and with concerns with the front suspension , the apple play, the passenger seat squeaking and my car was making a weird noise.
