We were met by Mr Elias Barragan who helped us look for a nice vehicle. Me Barragan was not a pushy salesman. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us some nice vehicles. Mr Barragan helped us through the whole process. I remember buying a car was a very lengthy process. But this time, things moved very quickly and we were out the door quickly with a nice Chevy Tahoe. Disappointed If it weren’t for Dario I probably would have left and gone back to jiffy lube for my service. I had a 7am appt and walked thru the doors 7min before my appt and was immediately told “we are not open I can not help you.” I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to leave and wait outside until 7am. Dario stepped up and told me that he could help me. He was so friendly and helpful. My lease is up in 4 months and this was a deciding factor. I will not be returning to this dealership, will turn in my lease and go somewhere else. Just know a customer can get service at Jiffy lube (where I went for my previous oil change) and be in and out in 30min vs going here and I was waiting for 2 hours. More

Disappointed I concede that my financial issues (debt) was more than I anticipated. However, I feel I was misled about the accessories being a part of the loan pay I concede that my financial issues (debt) was more than I anticipated. However, I feel I was misled about the accessories being a part of the loan payment, blown off and dismissed to the point I had to initiate contact several times, and overall undervalued. I was pawned off on the day of delivery to someone (Brian, a nice person who sincerely tried to be helpful) who didn’t have knowledge of the deal, or at least the impression I was under from the original person, Nick. I feel I probably made a bad decision with a huge payment, which would have been worth it if I got what I wanted. But I didn’t because conditions changed and were not communicated to me from Nick. He seemed to have forgotten some of my sticking points, such as the leather being the only way I would buy the car. We had a very long conversation about the leather. He’s a nice guy— I won’t take that away from him— but I just feel I was kind of dismissed. If I couldn’t get approval for that in the loan, then that should have been communicated to me beforehand. But I felt like he didn’t care enough to do so, or maybe he just didn’t remember, which is just as bad. Maybe people are treated differently when they’re not buying an 80,000 car or if they have financial issues; I don’t know. I have several friends looking to buy new Silverados, and I won’t recommend this dealership, and I have, in fact, discouraged a visit there and to go elsewhere. I think it says about their integrity if they make the little people like me feel unappreciated and pushed aside in favor of big buyers. More
