The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Lackadaisical approach to greeting customers. Staff are unprofessional and very unfriendly. The entire waiting area of customers had very negative things to say about the service received and compared their experiences to other Cadillac dealerships. This shouldn’t be a surprise that this particular site is horrible. Pay attention to your reviews and change your staff. Get people that see value in customer service. I’ve been a Mercedes owner for the past 10 years and I must say the quality of service was well below what I am accustomed to. Makes me question if I want to own a Cadillac in the future. More
