Lied About Service Needed I went in for an oil change and one of the service people came out with a dirty cabin air filter. He showed it to me and said it was 80% full and woul I went in for an oil change and one of the service people came out with a dirty cabin air filter. He showed it to me and said it was 80% full and would need to be replaced today. It didn’t look like my air cabin filter so I asked if it was mine and he said yes. I said ok, well take me to my car and put it in then and he said “oh, well this isn’t your air filter, but yours needs to be replaced too”. I said no thank you and they brought my car around, without washing it and I left. I think it is unsavory business practices to lie to customer about services needed. He assumed I was a dumb that could easily be manipulated and lied too. I won’t be returning for future service and have warned my friends and family of the practice. More

First Time I visited the service department for an oil change. I was kindly greeted by Sandra which whom my appointment was with. Near good 9/30/19 we found the parking lot confusing since you had to be in the right area for your car make. Put up signs!!! Julie Escobar was not nice as she griled me about who I spoke to when I ordered the battery. She was mean when she said that I must give her a name because they don't sell batteries to people just coming in "off the street!" Not true! Street traffic most business. Jose(parts) didn't know what she was talking about. He was super helpful, nice. I told Julie my battery was ordered for me, here to have it installed. She chilled after that, and disappeared after processing my paperwork. Couldn't ask her any q,s everyone else looked super busy. Where's my warranty in writing for records? Waiting room nice and clean, coffee n tea, cool machine. Everybody nice and efficient and helpful. TV only on car channel, no remote,so bring your own busy stuff. It's like a well organized beehive. Free car wash upon request, ask for it! Overall not bad, Lecture Julie on manners, the rest good job! Bring your ID for credit card use, otherwise hassle. They are doing their best. More

The service was provided, including the washing of my car, plus it was all done one hour earlier than the estimated time. More
