I hate the entire process of shopping for a car: low mileage, the ONE I like, the ONE I afford it. Found a 2008 Cadillac SRX online while up late one night. Previous searches were always sold before I made a decision to actually make a purchase. I live in Las Vegas, NV. Unfortunately, the dealership was in Ontario, CA. Never heard of the place. Anyway, BRIAN NOBLE contacted me. He is the Internet Sales Manager. He informed me SRX is still available. I make plans to purchase a one-way ticket to ONT. OOOOOPS. the flight was to LAX. Ubered to ONT and let's just say I had an: Amazing EXPERIENCE!!!!! Bought a 2008 Cadillac SRX. Brian navigated the process for me since it was a cash purchase. The process was the EASIEST and best I have ever experienced. AND...I flew in from Las Vegas and DROVE home a happy MAN. If ALL dealerships were this accommodating, then MORE people would say they LOVE Car Buying. Thanks again Brian. More

I’ve had my car routine maintenance performed at their Buick/Cadillac service department. The staff is very professional, courteous and attentive to customer’s needs. I’ve witnessed firsthand how customers concerns are addressed and remedy in a timely manner! People are too quick to rush to social media to air their grievances. No courtesy call I had an appointment at 2pm on 5/28/19. Upon checking in, I was told by Julie that “Mike” would call me when my vehicle was ready. 4 hours went by a I had an appointment at 2pm on 5/28/19. Upon checking in, I was told by Julie that “Mike” would call me when my vehicle was ready. 4 hours went by and nobody called me. When I called just after 6, I was told that everyone in service was gone for the day. The receptionist stated that she would try and determine that the service had been completed and whether my vehicle was ready to be picked up. More

Lease financing process was painfully long We came in to lease the 2019 Buick Encore as advertised from the Memorial Sales ad. Mario Sanchez was the salesperson that helped us. Mario was very We came in to lease the 2019 Buick Encore as advertised from the Memorial Sales ad. Mario Sanchez was the salesperson that helped us. Mario was very efficient, knowledgeable about the product, and helpful in coordinating all processes for us. The initial introduction process was very quick and easy: we came in, introduce ourselves, asked for the lease special, determine that it's available, was shown the car, inspected the car, got the credit application filled out, and... wait. The wait was over 2 hours. Mario was profusely apologetic, but we knew it's not his fault - it was outside of his control. Whoever is handling the lease closure process behind the closed door office was the reason of the delay (and we don't know why...). I am a current GM lessee, there was no trade-in, no haggling of the price, my credit is good (Tier-1), and credit qualification is excellent. But, we waited for 2 hours! We could understand if we have credit challenges, or under-employed, or whatever that would requires fine-tuning the paperwork. We could even understand that you want to keep your customers in the showroom during this time to upsell more products, etc. However, none of that happened - we just sat in the showroom and waited for someone in the closed-door office to print a piece of paper showing us the breakdown of prices, and how much to cut a check for our deposit. Once we got the paper, we went over to the finance office as the last step to sign the paperwork. With signing a tons of paper and an offer for insurance protection, we still were able to be done with that within less than 10 minutes! (That we love!). This is unacceptable as we can't see any reason to justify this long wait time. We came in at 7:15pm on a Wednesday evening, there were not a lot of customers (less than 5 in the showroom that we can track). I have purchased and leased a number of cars in the past, this being the first time at your dealer; Unfortunately, I would not come back nor give a positive recommendation to anyone that we know. It's unfortunate because I see that your dealer has a large base of products, your pricings are good, your sales staff are motivated and courteous - all very positive things that a car buyer customer would look for in a dealership. In my opinion, the dealership's management would need to look at the sales/lease closure leader and review his/her operating process. That person's managing the business process was the key reason that spoiled our experience with your dealership. More

From basic oil changes to wonderful warranty work she always goes the extra mile to ensure I am taken care of. I have witnessed her provide the same great customer service to others while I’m in the office. It’s funny when new customers walk in the door there is a room full of service reps but the first words out of there mouth is I’m here for Jackie. That shows to me she makes customers for life and they come back to mark Christopher because of the care and compassion she provides to the public daily. More

Great Customer Service I've been to this dealership for service on my parents vehicle, service of my vehicle, return of a leased vehicle and now for purchasing a new vehicle I've been to this dealership for service on my parents vehicle, service of my vehicle, return of a leased vehicle and now for purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone has always been nice and helpful. I've never left feeling like I was taken advantage of or that I didn't understand something. I've never had to return because something wasn't done correctly. With my purchase, it was a Blazer so they only had 3 to begin with, but also needed to find what I was looking for with color and amenities. And Colleen was great. Other than the normal feeling of 'could I have gotten a better deal' that everyone feels when they buy a new car, it was a good buying experience. And I wouldn't expect any less from Mark Christopher. More
