I have been thinking about trading in my Chevy Cobalt for some time now, I have gone here one previous time and was disappointed. So I waited things out and called and spoke with a sales man named Robert and some time now, I have gone here one previous time and was disappointed. So I waited things out and called and spoke with a sales man named Robert and explained to him my income and what I was looking to do "NO PROBLEM" he said. So I went in Saturday June 15th to meet with him and I explained things to him again, and one more time he said "NO PROBLEM WE WILL HOOK YOU UP" after some time his sales manager came over to tell me unless there was a co signer or a ton of money down up front they couldnt do anything for me. I think ROBERT's sales manager was just too lazy to make the effort to help me as he probably did not see any profit in the deal for his dealership. This place is very disappointing their sales department makes tons of good "NO PROBLEM" promises and they deliver on absolutely NOTHING, but disappointment. Avoid this place and make the trip to another Chevy dealer. Mark Christopher Chevrolet is a complete let down. More
