Bought truck new here, had issues with purchasing. When I scheduled service I made appointment, arrived on time and there were 12 cars in front of myself. Service person went from car-to-car completing paperwork. Went they got to my car they returned to office. I waited several minutes then went to service department and was told I had appointment with Tony. Tony wasn't there at the time and another person wrote up my service ticket. I waited four hours for oil change first service. I was standing outside when a service person approached me and asked my name, I was told car was completed two hours earlier and they sent text message to my phone. I do not have cell phone!,They sent message to my home number on file instead of walking to waiting area to locate myself. Need paging system to notify when service is complete or ask if phone number on file cell or home number is correct. More
The service and knowledge were excellent. Service advisor was friendly and helpful and personally gets you were car is done. Time delay at turning in final paperwork to cashier for payment. The retro fit was fine, but they were able to do one of the other retro fits, which was great except that I didn’t know they did it until I got a letter from GM saying it was ready to be done. Brought my 2015 Escalade in because of a strange noise. They said it was for certain either 1 or 2 things making the noise. We spent over $6,000 replacing those 2 things. The noise still occurred after spending all that money. We were VERY upset, to say the least. However, when I took my car back in and told them the noise was still there they said they would work on it until they found the problem. And they did. They (Jose & his guys) spent a week taking apart and putting my Escalade back together until the noise stopped. They said they didn't exactly know what it was that was making the noise, which is unfortunate if other customers have the same issue, but whatever they did made the noise stop. I am happy and grateful for that but not happy that we had to spend loads of money replacing items that didn't need to be replaced. However, because of all the money we had spent in the beginning, they did not charge us for the work that lead to fixing the noise. I am happy the noise is gone. More

Check in was quick, my needs for my vehicle we were addressed properly. Service was done quickly, only thing was my tires were supposed to have been rotated but they put the rear driver side tire back addressed properly. I don’t think I received timely updates what was going on with the repair on my vehicle. Vehicle was at your facility for one week and I never received a call or text from the service advisor. I had to call with the repair on my vehicle. Vehicle was at your facility for one week and I never received a call or text from the service advisor. I had to call to get status. Then when I called he never answered the phone and had to leave messages. I had to leave multiple messages before I finally got a chance to speak with him. It is near impossible to get a hold of your service advisor. More
