Although the crew was very friendly and courteous, they inherited a problem from Temecula GMC and could not be fixed. Also, I waited for almost 3 hours for a “quick brake inspection” that turned into a sen inherited a problem from Temecula GMC and could not be fixed. Also, I waited for almost 3 hours for a “quick brake inspection” that turned into a sensor replacement that should have taken about 30 minutes. Friendly service with a super long wait. I was the only truck that came in during this time and I arrived exactly when one of the team members asked me to. Again, very friendly people but slow service and almost no “checking in” with me to keep me updated. I would, however, recommend this location. Good people. More

I was told that the issue with my truck was found but there is no fix and no timeline for a fix. Then I was told to just call GM corporate office because the dealership can’t help me. I called GM and they told me to call the dealership for more information. The run around is ridiculous. Very disappointed. I have been a customer of this dealership for close to 20 years and a lot has changed for the negative over the years. More
