It was the first time I’ve been to your dealership, I needed work on my GMC talked to Robu Service technician let him know I was headed by GMC tow down there they troubleshot the problem he let me know e needed work on my GMC talked to Robu Service technician let him know I was headed by GMC tow down there they troubleshot the problem he let me know exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Start thermostat needed housing who was very courteous by calling me and leaving a text letting me know that my vehicle will not be ready Friday and that it would be ready on Monday. I wish you were more service techs out there who kept in touch with the people as he did with me it seems like a loss art, Which is very discouraging to some of the people who take our cars to the dealership to make sure it’s done right. More
