Had an appointment for Friday morning for a oil change and fuel filter, took 3 and a half hours to do, as I was quoted about 2 hours. What’s the point on making an appointment? They performed an unnecessary repair that I explicitly said NOT to do, and then charged me for it. I had to complain to get them to take the charge off. I had an AWFUL experience at Mark Christoper. My truck was there for OVER a month and they still weren't able to get it fixed. Half of my calls went unanswered and no one could ever tell me what My truck was there for OVER a month and they still weren't able to get it fixed. Half of my calls went unanswered and no one could ever tell me what was actually going on with my truck. I finally got sick of waiting and went and picked up my truck only to see that they had left my windows down the last time they parked it. With all the construction in the area and the random rain we have had recently, the inside of my truck was disgusting. The only thing I was told was "oops, sorry about that". This was the last time I will ever take my truck to Mark Christopher, as again, it was an AWFUL experience. More

Wow, what a customer service, right off at arrival, my service advisor was, well is as I will be returning and will ask for Mr. Dario, he was very thoughtful, complete and informative, and to the main part, they did fix my issue, transmisión problem ( Torque converter ) gotta love it, someone was paying attention to details, and really cares for guests… just thought you all want to know, lastly…. I’m not a nearby Ontario resident but I tell you it was worth the drive ! More
