I had an appointment for the engine block heater recall and made it there a few minutes before my 9:00AM appointment. At 11:25, I was told that the work can't be done because I haveafter market shocks and and made it there a few minutes before my 9:00AM appointment. I was satisfied with the service except for the following: No one to shuttle me to my office 2 miles down the road, where I had to Uber twice. If it wasn't for the coupon I would have gone elsewhere for the oil change. My experience with a dealership should be top notch, the nice extras for good paying customers is lacking which is not good for your business. The little extras is why people go to dealerships.
