When Jackie told me that the work couldn't be completed for the reasons stated, my first thought was: oh bummer. Then I told my grandson & he went ballistic & said you could unbolt the shock reservoir & charge me for that on a separate work order. The "camper" isn't in the engine compartment u der the hood, so that was just an excuse. I know the heater rework was GM's dime & I would be happy if someone said I need to pay to move "the aftermarket shock" & put it back when the heater was completed. If you want, I can remove the camper in a few weeks. I'm on a trip now with the camper anyway
