I was very happy with the customer service provided by Erik, from the call to discuss my vehicle issue to the completion of service on that vehicle. He was courteous and caring, making me feel like I was Erik, from the call to discuss my vehicle issue to the completion of service on that vehicle. He was courteous and caring, making me feel like I was important and my vehicle needs mattered. He even remembered things we discussed about my situation over the phone on Thursday, when we brought our truck in the following Tuesday. I really felt like he went to bat for me to get the work done as quickly as possible, knowing my situation as a caregiver. I was also impressed with the way the service staff seemed to work as a well oiled machine to get vehicles checked in and moved down the service line. At a time when customer service is sorely lacking, and there are so many choices of where we can take our business, Mark Christopher's Service Department proved they care about earning your business, as well as keeping it. Better customer service. Waited outside for more than 20 minutes upon checking in. They are horrible at returning messages I had to call 2 times to check if my car was done and still had no response. I had to have a family member go check IN PERSON to see if my car was done because I was working and I couldn't get through over the phone. More
