Work done on truck took longer than expected. My truck was returned with grease on the arm rest and I found some hardware that probably belongs to something they took apart. 3 issues I had on truck and only 1 was fixed. Was told they can't figure out one issue because it wasn't happening during the 2 weeks it was in shop and as soon as I took it home the issue suddenly appear they can't figure out one issue because it wasn't happening during the 2 weeks it was in shop and as soon as I took it home the issue suddenly appeared so obviously it wasn't really observed. Was told the 3rd issue was a new grill shutter needed to be replaced but wanted to charge me 1000 dollars for a Lil plastic piece! Ridiculous! I was just charged 1000 dollars for a throttle body which is crazy and then get charged 275$ for a dianostic of the locks that they couldn't figure out! I would never come here again. More
Hi, I bought my car there and really like it. I never had a problem with anyone before. But things have changed. First nobody answers the phone. The operator answer at first but when you are transferring to a problem with anyone before. But things have changed. First nobody answers the phone. The operator answer at first but when you are transferring to service, no one answers. I get a message for them to call me back but no one has ever call me back. The communication between service is not right. It’s a bit confusing, I had asked not for some service done and they still have did it and charge me. For instance, having my tires rotated, i said no to rotating my tires and they still did it. I feel like the service personnel is stressed, to much going on at once. However, you still should give them credit on try to give good customer service. More
